1. Non-standard automatic assembly When automatic information is interrupted, the provincial on-duty dispatcher shall immediately contact the monitoring personnel, the field and ground dispatchers to understand the current operation data of the plant and inform the relevant information receiving units and the automatic operation and maintenance units to deal with it in a timely manner.

2. If the automation information is interrupted, immediately notify the operation and maintenance operation station to resume on-site supervision. The on-duty personnel of the plant station shall report the current operation data of the plant station to the on-duty dispatcher at each hour.

3. If the non-standard automatic equipment system of the monitoring shift fails and the substation without personnel on duty cannot realize remote monitoring, the monitoring shift personnel shall immediately report to the department leader and on-duty dispatcher, and notify the automation and communication personnel to deal with it immediately. During this period, the operation and maintenance operation station shall arrange personnel on duty on site.

4. Inform all direct control power plants, substations, AVC and AGC to change to local control mode to keep the unit output unchanged.

5. The automatic equipment informs the FM factory to carry out the FM work of the whole network according to the local frequency.

6. Inform all direct adjustment power plants and substations, strengthen monitoring equipment status and line power flow, and timely report and dispatch any abnormal situation.

7. Each subordinate dispatching of non-standard automation shall use electricity according to the plan, and strictly control the tie line power flow of non-standard automation equipment within the stable limit.
