1. Check all power, air and hydraulic sources of the automation equipment

Problems with power, air, and hydraulic sources often lead to failures in automation equipment. For example, there are power supply problems, including the power supply failure of the whole workshop, such as low power supply, safety burn out, bad contact of power plug, etc.; The air pump or hydraulic pump is not opened, the pneumatic triplicate or two parts are not opened, the discharge valve in the hydraulic system or some pressure valves are not opened, etc.

2. Check whether the sensor position of the automation equipment is offset

Due to the negligence of the equipment maintenance personnel, there may be some sensor position errors, such as not in place, sensor failure, sensitivity failure, etc. Always check the sensor's sensing position and sensitivity, adjust it in time if there is any deviation. If the sensor is broken, replace it immediately.

3. Check the relay of automation equipment, flow control valve, pressure control valve

Relay and magnetic induction sensor, long-term use will also appear the situation of iron adhesion, so can not guarantee the normal electrical circuit, need to replace. In pneumatic or hydraulic systems, the throttle valve opening and the pressure regulating spring of the pressure valve, with the vibration of the equipment will appear loose or sliding.

4. Check electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic loop connections

If no problems are found above, check all loops. Check if the wire in the circuit is broken, especially if the wire in the slot is cut by the slot due to pulling. Check the windpipe for any damaged creases. Check if the hydraulic tubing is blocked. If the windpipe is severely creased, replace it immediately. Hydraulic tubing should be replaced as well.

5. After ensuring that the above steps are correct, the fault may occur in the controller of the automation equipment, but it can never be a programming problem. First of all, the controller must not be destroyed, as long as there is no serious short circuit, the controller internal short-circuit protection, general short circuit will not burn the controller.
